Biography

Dr. Blackburn is a teaching professor and the first Health Sciences Program Director in the College of Health Sciences. Dr. Blackburn joined the Health Sciences Department in 2011 and was named Chair in 2023. She handles student affairs and appeals for the Department of Health Science and has served on the Stamps Scholarship Selection Committee since 2020 and the Honors College Admission Committee since 2019.
