Biography

Dr. Horner’s research interests include Missouri politics, American politics, the American Presidency, the media’s coverage of politics, and the impact of entertainment media on politics.. He is currently working with the Honors College on a variety of initiatives, including the production of documentary films and extracurricular activities such as Moot Court, Mock Trial, Debate, and Model UN.

Dr. Horner is also the Director of the Office of Participatory Democracy.
