First-time College Admissions
The Honors College is holding daily virtual information sessions at 1:30 pm CST for all prospective high school students. Please click this link to register. An email will be sent confirming your registration and include meeting access information.
If you cannot attend the scheduled session, please contact our Admissions & Outreach Coordinator Enola-Riann White at email@example.com.
To arrange a visit to Mizzou, please contact the MU Office of Admissions. You can arrange a visit through their website or call them at 573-882-7786. The Office of Admissions asks that you call at least one week before your visit to reserve your place for a tour.
If you are a prospective student with an ACT of 28 or higher, please indicate when you book your tour that you are interested in the Honors College, and you will be scheduled to meet virtually with a member of the Honors College staff during our daily afternoon presentations.
Any prospective transfer student who is interested in the Honors College should contact our Admissions & Outreach Coordinator Enola-Riann White at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a one-on-one virtual information session.
Transfer students with prior honors experience are able to carry over some of their earned honors credits towards the completion of MU’s Honors Certificate.
MU Honors partners with several Missouri-based community colleges to facilitate transfer of honors-eligible students.
(Virtual) Visit an Honors Class!
Prospective students who wish to sit-in on an Honors class in order to get a feeling for what it is like–topics covered, approaches to teaching and learning, engagement, challenging subjects and materials–are invited to do so. The following courses are available during this semester for such an experience.
In order to sit-in, please contact Enola-Riann White at email@example.com.
