Biography

Dr. Fang Wang is an associate teaching professor in the College of Engineering at the University of Missouri. Her teaching and research focus on extended reality, human-computer interaction and emerging technologies, particularly their applications in education, healthcare and workforce development. She teaches an Honors section of Introduction Virtual Reality and mentors undergraduate students in interdisciplinary research. She also serves as a faculty lead for the Honors College’s ASH Scholars program, guiding students in the Amazonian Geoglyphs project, which integrates virtual reality, engineering and archaeology to support education and cultural heritage preservation.
