Biography

Crystal Schilling is originally from a small town in Northern Missouri but just moved to the Columbia, Missouri, area after living in the Chicago suburbs for several years. Crystal earned her BA in English from Aurora University and a MA in HR Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. Crystal’s credentials include the Professional Human Resources certificate from the HR Certification Institute and a Certificated Professional certificate from the Society of Human Resource Management. Crystal has worked in public sector Human Resources since 2003, with the bulk of her experience working at a county in the Chicago suburbs and then later at a State of Illinois forensic mental health facility. 

In her free time, Crystal enjoys spending time with her spouse, two children and their Sheltie dog, Kayla.
