Incoming Stamps Scholar Chinyere Omeife will pursue a chemical engineering degree at the University of Missouri. Chinyere Omeife’s interest in healthcare began when she was just 6 years old after she had a routine blood draw. Incoming Stamps Scholar Luke Richey will pursue a civil engineering degree at the University of Missouri. Luke Richey spent back-to-back summers on the University of Missouri campus as a high school student, through the Missouri Scholars Academy (MSA) and the Kinder Institute Constitutional Democracy Academy.
