• The Cultural History of Germans in Missouri, or: Oktoberfest in the Midwest! (GERMAN 2510HW) – Trip to the Deutschheim State Historic Site in Hermann, Missouri; plus a speaker honorarium for a guest lecturer on “The History of German Breweries and German Brewing in Missouri”
