Dr. Christopher S. Josey is an Assistant Teaching Professor within the Department of Communication. His research resides at the intersection of new technology, media effects, and media stereotyping. Dr. Josey’s teaching examines how persons of color are framed stereo-typically within media (COMM 4648) and the how media consumers can become more savvy in their consumption (COMM 2100H).
