Biography
Dr. Smith spent 43 years on the Mizzou campus, distinguishing himself in his profession and generously serving the needs of the University and community with excellence. He served as director of admissions and registrar for MU from 1970 to 2000, when he retired and was named director emeritus. He teaches a course based on several major cases of Clarence Darrow (GN_HON 1050H) as well as a few minutes on MU history and current events each course period.
