As our two holiday breaks are quickly approaching, students across campus are getting ready to return home. While reuniting with friends and family is a wonderful part of being home for break, it can simultaneously be stressful. Some students find it difficult to adjust to the change in their new routine, while others feel anxious about the changes that have already taken place and wonder if they will still find connections back home, and still others report feelings of significant pressure to make their limited time at home fit the “perfect” model for family holidays.

Check out this article from the University of the Pacific for more information on how you can approach your upcoming holiday breaks. https://www.pacific.edu/campus-life/student-services/counseling-and-psychological-services/self-help-resources/tips-for-going-home.html
