It is with sadness that we note the passing, yesterday (December 13, 2018) of Penny Stamps, one of the namesakes and benefactors of the Stamps Scholars program, which MU has been associated with since 2016. Penny’s generosity and support, along with that of her husband Roe, and daughter Annie, have helped ensure that the Honors College will remain among the upper echelon of programs throughout the nation, and continues to enroll the brightest and most accomplished students.
